The NTT Europe Online Referral Partner Program allows partners to refer all of NTT Europe Online's products and services. By establishing mutually beneficial relationships with premium partners that meet high standards of technical expertise, business competence and customer satisfaction, we will offer local and/or regional market-leading networking and Internet-related services.

Our non-competitive co-marketing strategy and solutions selling approach are designed to promote both participating organizations. Incremental revenue opportunities will develop by adding differentiation and value to existing products and services.

Passive and Active Referral Partners

In general the sales process is organized in two steps:

  • Lead generation:  If a partner generates leads or acts as influential and does not have further sales relation to the potential customer we consider you as Passive Referral.
  • Proposal and Contracting: However, if you also take a leading part in creating and presenting a proposal and maybe even act as a (sub)contractor we see you as an Active Referral.
  • Billing and Support: In general, a referral partner does not have a support nor a billing relation with the customer for NTT Europe Online services. If you do have such a relation we regard you as a Professional Partner
