Refund Policy
Each of our Shared Web Hosting plans carries a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees and domain registration costs.
Setup fees are refundable for the following reasons only:
- the account order is cancelled prior to activation; or
- the domain name was not available at the InterNIC or Nominet
No refund is available after the 30th day.
This policy does not apply to DomainSaver Accounts or any additional services such as domain pointers, overages, disk space, pop accounts, etc.
