Upgrades

There is no charge if you decide to upgrade or downgrade your account to a different hosting plan.

Upgrades attract a pro-rata increase in hosting charges. We will apply any unused monthly service fees to the new pro-rated charges. Your renewal date will stay the same.

Downgrades have no charge, but refunds will not be given for any time remaining on a plan.

Changing from a UNIX to a Windows 2003 account can take up to 2 business days. You should make a backup of your website. We will need to close your UNIX account and you will receive email notification of this. We will then create your new web site and update our nameserver settings to reflect this. You will receive email notification within 2 business days of your UNIX account being closed. Around 24 hours after this you will receive an email with your Windows 2003 account details - new IP address, user name and password.
